2. Product

The Study System: a 66-page interactive PDF in English (A4) with fillable templates. It is digital content supplied without a tangible medium.

3. Price and payment

29 €, VAT included. Payment is processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

After PayPal confirms the payment, a download link is sent to the email address used for the purchase. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours (check your spam folder), write to hola@quino.pro.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right.

Before paying, you are asked to give that consent and acknowledgement by ticking a box. The right of withdrawal is lost when the download link is sent to you. The confirmation email you receive records this consent.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

Independently of the above, and as a voluntary commercial guarantee, if the system isn't useful to you, write to hola@quino.pro within 14 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund, with no questions asked. Refunds are made through PayPal to the original payment method.

7. Defective or non-conforming content

If the file is damaged, incomplete or doesn't match its description, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under Spanish and EU law, regardless of sections 5 and 6. Write to hola@quino.pro and the problem will be fixed or the purchase refunded.

8. Licence

The PDF is licensed for personal use by you and your own household. You may print it and copy the templates as often as you need for that use. You may not share, upload, resell or distribute it, in whole or in part.

9. Educational content

The guide is educational and is not medical or psychological advice. It doesn't guarantee any particular grade or exam result.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. For any complaint, write first to hola@quino.pro. You may also go to the consumer authorities or courts of your place of residence.
